Hello guys! As you all know, I’ve been off exercise lately but I miss my squats so much. Depending on how much feedback this gets will determine when the squat challenge will start (Either 10th Dec or 17th Dec). I will be doing it daily, with anyone who wants to. If you’re a beginner squatter then cut each number in half and if you’re expert do what the hell you want. Remember you don’t even need to do this all at once you can split it up over the day! If you’re gonna add this to your workout then make sure you get protein in after your exercise.
I will be wanting updates daily and replies to my squat challenge posts! This is the first thing that I have properly done with you guys and I’m gonna join you! I’ve been off exercise for over a month so I need something small to focus on and get back into. Don’t worry if you’ve never done squats before either - you will thank them later.
Squats work, if you’re worried about form then just ask!
